logan has always wanted to use his ability of superhuman intelligence to help people. he graduated from cornell medical school at the age of 20, and ever since then he has been a doctor at mount sinai hospital working with the severely sick and injured. he is not particularly sympathetic toward the government, but he is not an extremist either - he believes that he can do his own part to help the rest of the civilian population. however, things have been difficult for logan as of late. for the past year he has maintained a close friendship with vogler, and some people even thought they were dating. they almost were, but logan never had the courage to actually ask her out. all of the sudden, though, she stopped talking to him completely, and recently he has heard that she is dating a man that is almost ten years her senior. as vogler gets pulled more and more into the illuminati ranks, logan is feeling helpless and unsure of what to do. he loves her, but she just doesn’t seem to notice that he exists anymore. how is he going to be able to get her back? nicholas hoult. open.

as the governor’s son, malloy is expected to go into politics one day. however, while he has always believed in what the creed preach, he is not sure that a political life is the one that he wants to lead. he is tired of constantly having his life questioned by the spotlight and doesn’t enjoy the press questioning his decisions. recently, he has started to become more involved in his father’s government, though, and is even dating his father’s personal assistant, rose. that is completely on the down low, but he is absolutely certain that he loves her and that he wants to marry her. the problem is, he isn’t completely sure that she feels the same way, and so he has said nothing of just how deep his feelings for her are. he trusts her completely and often tells her information she shouldn’t even know as his father’s assistant, which is a problem since she is actually a spy for the company. ian somerhalder. open.

roman may look small but she packs a powerful punch. she was adopted by emerson when she was ten years old after her parents died, though she does not know that it is because of her ability. when she was thirteen, she was involved in the attack on the west coast, and all of her life she has been trained by her adopted “father” to hate those without abilities and want rule over them. she is bitter, cold, and ruthless, and she hopes to help emerson run the illuminati someday. she refers to emerson by his first name and not as her father, because though he has taken care of her for all this time he has made it clear to her that he is not her dad. she often clashes with hartly - though they attacked california together ten years ago, roman sometimes thinks that hartly is too reckless and overreaching, whereas she prefers a more practical approach. she also has a slight childish crush on morrow, though she would never admit it, and is jealous of vogler. emily browning. open.

laurence’s mother was always apprehensive when she was born with abilities, but the attack on the west coast was the last straw. laurence’s maternal grandparents were killed in the attack, and her mother was so distraught that her own daughter was a post-human as well that she left and never came back. after her mother left, laurence’s father did everything that he could to make laurence’s life normal, but secretly he also blamed his superpowered daughter for his wife abandoning them. he became more and more distant and eventually pulled away entirely, leaving laurence to effectively raise herself. feeling hated and persecuted because of her ability, laurence ran away from home when she was seventeen and found the illuminati, who took her in and even helped pay for her to go to college. now, laurence knows that she is going to have to become a full fledged member of the organization and, quite frankly, she isn’t sure what to do. she is in over her head and doesn’t know that terrorism is what she wants to do with her life, even if the illuminati have protected her for all this time. emma watson. open.

stonem was recruited to the company when the post-human registration acts were passed. as she did not want to register, she agreed to become a company agent in exchange for falsified documents making her out to be a human with no abilities. she has since used her ability to cover her tracks in case anyone finds out about her secret, simply demanding them to forget. after training with the company, she has finally been sent on an undercover job. her mission? to spy on the new york city government from a position inside the mayor’s office. she used her ability to get the job and has been working for the mayor ever since, posing as the mayor’s 25-year-old assistant with absolutely no abilities. she has gotten “close” to many members of the creed government, even going so far as to become tentatively friendly with harmon. unfortunately, harmon seems to have feelings for her, and stonem isn’t sure if she feels the same or not. gemma arterton. open.
